Tractor Supply has been consistently excellent for us. The store is well-stocked, easy to navigate, and the staff genuinely cares about helping customers—not just pushing products. My family and I especially want to recognize Hannah. Whenever she’s available and we have an issue, she goes above and beyond to help get it resolved. We arrived here after calling first about putting propane into the back of our RV (into our onboard tank), where she replied that she could. We drove 11 miles to get there, at which point she came out and said she couldn't do it, she's never done it in the six years that she's been there, and that she was the manager. In all of our travels we have never encountered this at any Tractor Supply store, no matter how remote the location. I think she's incompetent and needs to be trained.

How is it a authorized user can buy something with there card but needs the account holders card to pay the bill that's CRAZY
