Took my dog out today for use of the bathing station. After I got him all soaped up the water turned to cold, I found an employee house they said was sorry this happens sometimes, and walked away. I also told the lady at the cash register, and I still had to pay for the service, even tho my dog was full of soap still and shivering as we left. We will not return to the store for any business.

I’ve shopped here for 20+ years. More often than not, I’ve found what I needed. I’m only a little concerned about the freshness of the horsefeed lately. The brand I usually use is frequently out of date. I wish they would put all the older horsefeed on sale, get in fresh feed, and then rotate it better. We walked in yesterday (7-31-22) to buy dog food. The lady at the counter welcomed us & was very nice. We went to the back to get the dog food as one of the employees came back there & leaned on the dog food. We said “yes?” To the employee as he was trying to get a response from us. We were waiting in line to purchase a grill. When we finally got up to the check out the manager, David, told us we would have to wait until he helped the other cashier “knock down the line” and then he would have to go to the back to see if they had any. So we would have to wait even longer than we just had in the line. That is called poor customer service. It seems the other customers were more important than us. Don't go here for propane - it's apparently the employees least favorite task to do. Four times in the past 3 months I've gone here and requested help with getting a propane tank filled, waited 10 to 15 minutes each time, and nobody ever showed up. I end up going down the road to another business instead
