RecommendedWe had purchased a chicken coop from this location recently. When we unpacked it, we realized we had the wrong one. Carrie and her team were able to order us the correct one, discounted it, and even delivered to our house, in their personal vehicle, 20 miles away. We really appreciate Carrie and her husband going the extra mile to satisfy the customer!

I received a gift for Christmas and it was too small. Giver as kind enough to leave tags on and I attempted to exchange for correct size. Cashier informed me that I would have to pay difference in price because it was not on sale any longer. I have never been to a store for exchange for exact item and had to pay difference. I have if the item was different but this was the exact same item. I will never spend another dime with Tractor Supply. It really hurts my heart to write this because for so many years I LOVED tractor supply. However the last few months maybe a little longer I really dread on coming here. The employees are less than helpful, they are always sold out of stuff, and typically it says they have it but no one can find them or really care to look.
