For the most part, it was a good pedicure for the price. However, the back of my ankles were ashy and so were my friends. How do you rub lotion on my legs and feet and don't lotion the back of my ankles?

Had great experience today as a walk in. My nails look neat and the vibe was calm and pleasant. I felt relaxed being there (if you know you know) and will definitely go back.

I usually don’t write reviews, and honestly, if I could, I wouldn’t even bother rating this business. I’ve been coming to this nail shop since last year—at first just for pedicures. The quality has noticeably gone downhill since then. I’ve had different techs work on me, and it’s clear who’s still learning versus who actually has years of experience. There are approximately 2 million nail salons near Lake Merritt on Lakeshore and Grand and this is the most charming and reliable. Great location near everything but quiet. I get acrylics here and absolutely love it each time. Best prices too!
