I usually don’t write reviews, and honestly, if I could, I wouldn’t even bother rating this business. I’ve been coming to this nail shop since last year—at first just for pedicures. The quality has noticeably gone downhill since then. I’ve had different techs work on me, and it’s clear who’s still learning versus who actually has years of experience. There are approximately 2 million nail salons near Lake Merritt on Lakeshore and Grand and this is the most charming and reliable. Great location near everything but quiet. I get acrylics here and absolutely love it each time. Best prices too!
The prices are very fair and they always do a good job on my toe nails but my finger nails are a hit or a miss. Some of the staff are extremely talented but others have no idea what they are doing at all. I understand if you need to learn but there should be a discount or something. The last time I went I just asked for French tips and they were terrible.
