The office staff is very courteous and are great with the kids. The dentists themselves are very arrogont and are not parent friendly. The office encourages you to stay out front while your children are being treated (they frown on you asking to join the child in the back). The office is very efficient, though at times you feel you are in a production line.
Great job, keep it up! My son and I appreciate the time everyone takes at the facility to explain the procedures. It certainly eased my 3 year old son which put me at ease! He even enjoys brushing his teeth now!
I started my 2 kids here when they were 2 & 3 years old. Now they are 5 & 6. I dont think anyone could make the experience any better than Dr. Trachts staff.
My daughters have been seeing Dr. Tracht for 8 years and they LOVE him and his staff. The office is warm and welcoming-new kids are shown a cartoon video to give them an overview & understanding of what going to the dentist is about. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. He has quite a few dental technicians, who do the initial cleaning & assessment, then he or one of his associate dentists reviews everything. My kids are now in college and refuse to change to a general dentist. They have seen Dr. Tracht since they were three years old! Everything about the practice, from the ground up, is first class. The staff is amazing! I'm sure my kids will take their own children to his office some day! Dr. Tracht's fees are lower than my general dentist's prices. I wish they would take parents, too!
My kids love going to the dentist. The staff is very friendly. The assistants explained everything to the kids who had a LOT of questions on what was going to happen and about the tools used. My 9 year daughter had a filing - and did not experience any pain or anxiety due the fun/expert techniques used by Dr. Tracht. The kids play with gameboys (provided by the dentist office) and look forward to their visit.
