I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tracht and his office. My grandson is a patient there after seeing another dentist in Macomb and being charged 3 times more and the dentist in Macomb wanted to use general anesthesia. Dr. Tracht was able to fill my grandson's teeth just using relaxing gas. He is kind, patient and explains procedures extremely well. WE WILL NEVER TAKE HIM ANY PLACE ELSE.

My kids have been going here for 10 years now for regular dental and orthodontics. The staff has always been very polite, explains treatment and answers questions.

After 11 years Dr Tracht released our family from the practice over ONE incident. I had had several previous encounters with a front office employee and was talked down to and treated rudely. I didn't choose to complain as bad customer service is very common. But at our last visit I was checking out and that person and another person were being cold and callous. After 11 years we were let go from the practice over ONE incident. I had expressed my discontent with two front office employees at check who were being cold and callous. A manger got involved and it only got worse from there. I did not swear or scream. I called the office to apologize for my part in that I should've directed my concerns with management. Our family was let go due to expressing my discontent with the staff and their rudeness directly. No swearing just right to their face. I called admitted I shouldve expressed it differently and apologized. Was told Dr Tracht was holding firm. After 11 yrs with 3 children one incident and the inability to accept my apology. No Consideration even for my childrens sake My children are devastated This practice cares more about defending rude employees than they do about the children. Think twice

My child has special needs with high anxiety about going to the dentist. We have been going to Dr. Trachtenberg for 5 years and Dr. Trachtenberg has been more than accommodating to our needs. He is professional and compassionate.

Love this office, my children loved going to Dr. Trachts office. Very clean, well organized, and professional. He offers great tips for oral hygiene.

Standard cleaning, covered by insurance. Hard to get appointments that don't conflict with school, impossible to reschedule. Parents usually not allowed in back. Consult for orthodontics stated that they could not guarantee childs teeth would be perfectly straight. Was on call list for cancelled appoints and had only one call in 4 months

When my now 13 year old son was 3 I took him to my dentist (no longer my dentist) and the hygenist was so hard on his gums and so unfriendly he was scared of going to the dentist. I called Dr. Tracht's office upset and they were wonderful. My kids LOVE going to the dentist -the staff is warm and friendly and they know how to talk to and treat kids. I drive from Waterford now that we moved and would drive hours for this dentist - they are FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist for their chil... read more
