I was having very serious trouble with my heart, so she wanted me to see a cardiologist. BUT, they never sent over my referral and I could not have an appointment until it was sent. A nurse told that she would send the script over but never did it for 3 WEEKS. Then, my doctor had the audacity to send me a letter saying that "I was not compliant with their instructions and they let go of any liability if I die or become seriously harmed because I didn't follow their instructions."

I honestly cannot speak for Dr Brennan as I have yet to even meet her. her nurse Amanda is fantastic other than that the rest of the staff including the PA are absolutely horrible. They question everything they do not return phone calls they will not schedule referrals. I am new to the New York area and I have never been more thoroughly disappointed with an office staff in my life including the PA Amanda. if you have any urgent needs I suggest looking elsewhere

Great GP. Kind, thoughtful yet professional. My daughter and I both see her. I love the small town doctor feel instead of the cattle car scenario in my offices.

She misdiagnosed me with mono when i had tonsillitis. I called to make another appointment and wasn't told they are both the same thing. Scheduling is a pain, worse than any doctor I have ever been to. The staff is not welcoming.

She is one of the best doctor the Saratoga area. She runs a small private practice and provides a quaint small town feel. She takes her time with patients and avoids overbooking herself so she can be thorough and thoughtful. She kind and she cares about providing quality care to patients. I trust her with my health, my child's health, and my parents health.
