Over four years, I canceled two times and rescheduled once, and she won't schedule me. I didn't get any notice until I called to schedule an appointment. Sometimes, life comes up! She also refused to send me for a cat scan my specialist asked that I have done. What good is having primary care that ignores your other doctors?I do not recommend this doctor!
Best office by far . Staff always friendly and greeted with a smile. Time well spent by provider and questions answered. Testing ordered as appropriate. I feel like my health is in great hands .
Nursing staff was very efficient beforehand. Dr. Brennan is a listener and gets things done!
Dr. Brennan and her staff have looked after my routine and particular health needs with unfailing care, concern and promptness for several years, a recent and typical example of this occurring earlier this week when suddenly afflicted with a viral infection I was immediately and unhesitatingly fitted into a fully booked schedule by receptionist Kellie and treated unhurriedly and expertly by nurse Dawn and PA Sarah. Highly Recommended!
Telephone conversation w/PA was non productive in denial of service for Covid. As an older patient I felt snubbed and unimportant. Questionable continued relationship w/ practice.
Great office decor! Warm spa like feeling when you walk in the door. Nice staff as well.
I am always able to see Dr Brennan when I need to and find her knowledgeable, concerned and caring.
This is the third time going to try and meet, Dr Brennan, last time I went the NURSE told me my husband could not come in with, me, after speaking to the PA, she went and got my Husband, this time again, the nurse refused to allow my husband it, I told her I want my husband to come in with me, She would not let him in, I was in bad health and needed to see my Doctor, she denied me medical attention! don't know who she thinks she is, but I have contacted NYS, she violated my rights!
I have been going to Dr. Brennan's office from the age of 16. Now being 30 and having a child of my own I trust her with him as well. She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable with any situation you need to talk about. We have even seen her PA Sarah who is also very caring and easy to talk to as well.
