"I worked for TR3 Electrical as a subcontractor for nearly a year, and it was a nightmare. The owner started to delay payments, giving partial amounts here and there while expecting us to keep working. Along with another subcontractor, I assisted him on an Industrial project for Cintas in Clinton, NC. We agreed on payment after completing the job – he provided the materials, and we did the labor. We talked about what I was needing done. He said he'd come up with a plan. Never heard back. I messaged him two more times, asking what the plan was, nothing.

I left messages, I got one one response saying he would be out to give me an estimate right away. I didn't hear back, so I texted. He said he had lost his phone and asked me to send the address again. Never heard back. Even texted asking if he was just too busy, no response. I used someone else.
