Unethical, I'll just leave it at that, however it's been 4 years since our home was bought by their "investor" and they screwed us coming and going on a house I lived in for 3 years prior to them taking ownership, and charged me deposits and since we only stayed for a Month after got nothing back and did not provide proof of where my deposit went. I should have followed my legal advice and taken them to court. Yep I'm still That mad about it.

TPD was a very positive experience for us, as renters. Courtney was always available, and things were taken care of quickly.
We've been renting through them for five years and they've been wonderful! They understand where we are coming from as renters and help us understand where investors are coming from. They stay up on codes that protect us as renters. We appreciate them!!
They charged us for things that were broken on our move in, they charged us for mowing 1 week and 2 weeks after we moved out, they charged us for 8 hours of cleaning but also praised us for leaving the house so clean. They knew we were military and took advantage.
Found exactly what we were looking for in the price we wanted. Made everything super easy and quick. Love that they are online for everything from payments to maintenance requests.
