Not sure where to begin, an absolute disappointment in every aspect of the car buying process. The only bright spot was our salesman. First, we came in looking for a 13-14 camry or a 14 corolla. Based upon the website sales prices we settled on a black 14 camry that was listed at 13,600, even though the sticker on the car was at 17,995. My partner and I drove down to NJ from Ithaca, NY to look at a used Prius V. When we arrived, they notified us that they did not have the car, but "would find what we're looking for". We didn't drive 3.5 hours to go car shopping- we were expecting to purchase the car we were interested in that day. They didn't have anymore Prius V's, and we both took a day off of work to go down and waste our time. Terrible customer service- they don't care.
I stopped in the other day to take a look around and I must say I was a bit hesitant to ask for help since salesman always tell you what you want to hear but I'm so glad Tara Rodriguez came over to help me she was a great help and I was really comfortable with her. I'll deff be back and I'd hope Tara Rodriguez is around to help me again! Great service!!!
