I purchased a used Mazda 3 from them in Oct 2016 and was promised a $1500.00 Visa gift card and two new key fobs to replace the two broken ones that came with the car. After 4 months of visits and countless phone calls I was told that there was no paper work in my file to back up my claim so I'm not going to get what I was promised. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer affairs, as well as contacting my lawyer. BUYER BE WARE!!!

I purchased a used Dodge Dakota pickup last month that eventually needed a new starter, wiper blades and an intermediate steering shaft for play in the steering. Airbag warning light also came on just after I left the dealership. I told the sales manager that I was not satisfied and wanted to be put into another vehicle and my request was denied.
