They are crooks, every time We go there, it's a minimum of $600. One time, a service guys told us we needed almost $2000 order however we just did same order a week before. The service guys was trying to scam us for the same thing. Bastard!!!! at @Toyota by far @ToyotaUniverse is the worse incompetent #cardealer #dealership in #USA service manager might as well quit is job or get fire. After 8 yrs of accommodating their incompetent, I'm never going there again
These people have no moral compass ...long story short ...after them playing games trying to get more for the car then the sale price on the Internet ...they shook hands on a deal for a Monthly payment for specific time period and as I was calling insurance company to get the vehicle insured the manager came back and told me that he had a year on to the payments to get the monthly payment ...we walked out ....they sold the vehicle we wanted ..called and promised to make good...Continue Reading
They are a bunch of crooks. I wish you could give no stars for this dealership. I traded in my car early because they called me and promised a wonderful deal. Now they are saying I owe for my original car I don't own. No one calls back and all I get is the run around. They want me to pay for two cars while I only own one! Horrible customer service! I have less than a year left on the lease to my car. I wanted to start shopping around now so l would have options. I was quite impressed with the sales rep. Joseph Velez. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, was polite and knowledgable about the cars he showed me. I will be coming back and l highly recommend anyone going to see Joseph!
