Salesman tried to deceive to signed a deal that was not what we agreed. Luckily for me I decided to read the details and discovered hence didn't sign. However there are many customers who don't have the patience to read the details hence they fall victims to this fraud/scam
Came in for brake job on her tundra ended up buying me a TC the salesman didn't even bother to do a pretrip or any kind of walk around with me I had to learn my car on my own that's not a very good salesman

I bought a new car from this dealership.. I was getting my car serviced I've recently have come into some money.... so waiting for my car to finish I wanted to test drive a RX 350 the dealer told me it was expensive... so I waited and no one no one asked me again.. I have friends from Tahoe to San Francisco I will not be sharing anything positive for or about this dealership.. please explain how or why this would happen!! Please. Tracy
I took my 2000 Avalon to get the oil changed and all cleaning. I liked the service and the customer service. they provided me coffee and also they had the wifi. I really liked it.
