Just bought a brand new rav 4 in AZ and I was taken care of here the battery was defective I got Great customer service in the service department thank you Richard! My experience was awesome! In and out in no time thank you!
My experience went very well; yes, it can take a few extra hours to settle the sale; but overall, sales agent was friendly, personable, knowledgeable; manager and the finance agent were very pleasant. I love my car.
I had never thought of looking for our new car in Stockton, but then, in response to my web search for a new Rav4 Hybrid, I received an email from Toyota Town's internet sales manager providing information about the exact car my wife and I were looking for. The manager was very responsive, and we soon had a deal, with none of the back and forth haggling that can ruin a car-buying effort. Everything was done quickly and there were no snags, and the deal was struck from our home via computer!
Via the chat box on their website, I ask what price could they offer me for a new 2017 RAV4 Limited Hybrid. Kevin Hamlin responded via email with a price and the rest is history. Kevin was great and so was the Asif the Finance Consultant.
This dealer made me lost believed on car salemans. They all liers. I will never come back or recommend to any one.
I had an appointment for 8:15am and I arrived at 7:45am. I waited for 3 hrs.just to get an oil change. What's the point of having an appoinment if theg took that long. People who walked in got out before me. It was ridiculous!
We were ready to buy one of two cars, one was on the floor with a sticker price of 19K, when she came back with the paper work it was 24K. When we asked why you have it for 24K and the sticker in the window has it for 19K, the sales person tells us, "that's what they are going for".....Then why the sticker of 19K, she couldn't answer the question. We got up and walked right out, total games!
