Have been emailing a sales person for awhile now about a used vehicle. When my wife went in to purchase, he wouldn't honor the price he quoted in an email. Very disappointing. How can anyone do business with dishonest people.
They do bad business. They promised one interest rate and then tried to force a different one on us in the end after having the car for two months. Returned the car and bought a Ford instead.
I had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Stockton with my service guy Mark. He was very friendly and has excellent customer service skills!
