I never got to go in because the vehicle I wanted was sold before I could get there, but they kept me updated about the vehicle so I wouldn’t waste a trip. I was grateful for that, and that they weren’t pushy.
Polite and prompt. Consistent but never pushy.
Toyota of Olympia keeps me informed of their inventory, but not in an aggressive "sales pitch" style...it's actually nice to hear from them.
Very professional and helpful. The car was as advertised. After some thought I decided not to move forward. Concern about the high milage.
