They responded, however this vehicle was gone. I purchased a new Sienna from them.

These people were SO helpful. I had made an appointment to come look at the car. Ironically, another customer with the same name as me came in just before my appointment and was interested in the very same car as I was. There was a little confusion at first. But once they realized I was the person who had made the appointment, they gave me first choice on the car. I really loved the car. Test drove a car and told the salesperson I would let him know when I would be back the next day. He told me to text him. Sent a message...No response.....very disappointing. Pre-approved going to another dealership
Quick response, offered complete info needed, did a follow up after 1st contact, was not "pushy" about giving me time to consider options, did NOT deluge me with multiple additional e-mail/phone calls. Will definitely purchase from them when final decision is made. BIG plus - they would rent me a vehicle for an extended test drive (several days) !!!

They did not pay off the loan on the car I traded in. Now my credit has a bad score due to this. Tried calling numerous times to resolve this issue and no one is returning my calls. Do not go to this dealer!
Poor. Only communicated back with cut and paste answers to questions and never answered a single question.
