Very communicative even though I was not able to make purchase.
We called the dealer and told them we were coming down to purchase the vehicle. They sold it while we were driving down. We felt that was very unprofessional because they told us it was available and so we started the 2 hour drive and got most of the way there.
Very nice staff and professional.
They were very friendly and professional. I did not end up seeing the vehicle which I do regret. Stephanie was amazing to work with.
Amazing customer service.
I specifically asked to be sent to GLS which I was pre-approved through, they asked if they could run it through a total of 3 which I was okay with... I now have 7 inquiries on my credit AND the car was sold from underneath me. They sent my application to two other places that I currently bank with and could of told them off the bat not to send it there had they given me the opportunity. This place is awful and I would NOT suggest it.
Have been contacting them throughout and texted them. They replied but was told the vechicle has been on transit and would be in the yard by Wednesday last week. I checked them again on Thursday and was told the vechicle has been held back. The vechicle posted for $14, 337 and now when I check again the same vechicle cost $16,022. Keeps changing the prices, not consistent with pricing so before you buy from them be sure to double check they pricing again.
The person I talked to was very helpful, responded right away. However, for some reason they were advertising a car that they don't even have. And after several days of waiting, I was told that the vehicle didn't pass their inspection, which is fine, but.... Why would you advertise a car you don't have and have never looked at?
