This was great when it was Butler, but Bill Estes Corp. (not actual Bill E--he sold) is awful. I leased my Toyota from Butler, but was hit at a stop sign, with very little damage, and wanted a Toyota Certified Dealer to fix the damage. What a mistake. I dropped off my car June 2nd and I still don't have it. They have delayed the make ready date 5 times. Beware! I do not trust these people.
Buyer beware, after trying to complete a deal on a preowned vehicle after negotiating the price and then heading back to financing this dealership did theThe unthinkable after close examination of the finance papers they added several hundred dollars to the bottom line that would not have been discovered unless close examination of the paperwork was done
