This was great when it was Butler, but Bill Estes Corp. (not actual Bill E--he sold) is awful. I leased my Toyota from Butler, but was hit at a stop sign, with very little damage, and wanted a Toyota Certified Dealer to fix the damage. What a mistake. I dropped off my car June 2nd and I still don't have it. They have delayed the make ready date 5 times. Beware! I do not trust these people.
