phenomenal service Have always had great service at SM Toyota. Visit often enough, not willing to search for another dependable service adviser in my local area. Joanna Morgan is top notch. She does a thorough evaluation of service history to ensure I do not opt for unnecessary service. When in need of parts, she has saved me hundreds by recommending after market options instead of factory direct.
Kept their word - good deal buying my new car at Toyota of Santa Monica I had a positive experience purchasing my car. I went the online route and received quotes from many dealers. I'm a Dealership Girl Now! Many people shy away from using their dealership for mechanical or bodywork because of the price, the pressure sell, and the time it takes. I was one of those people. Mr. I chose to go to this dealership based on a friends recommendation. I worked with Mark Ashtini and I don't think anyone could have made this process any easier. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without the losing sight of our price point. Overall an awesome experience and I would confidently recommend any of my friends or family to go here when it's their turn to car shop.
Terrible service department The management and staff here are so unprofessional. I made an appointment to get my car serviced (they said by making an appt they could get it done within a few hours) and my car was ready 3+ hours late. I could only pick up my car the next day (24hrs later) and the service manager was not apologetic at all. He said I should've rented a car in the meantime in anticipation of things going wrong. Good enough for servicing.... Have had my 2006 Rav4 serviced here several times. It was pretty good although the people were rather impersonal and not particularly friendly. Also if you bring your car first thing in the morning, there will be a LONG line as everyone else also wants to drop off at that time.
Fantastic! My experience here was just fantastic. I had owned an older Toyota for 15 years and was looking to lease a Prius C. I got hooked up with with Truman De La Cruz by a friend who was also a customer. We talked for a while and I told him what I was looking for and what I was interested in spending for the initial payment and the monthly payments.
