Outstanding Experience! The experience I had dealing with Gary Benson, Service Director at Toyota Santa Monica was nothing short of outstanding. We live close to Boston, MA and needed to ship my son's RAV-4 to Santa Monica for the Summer where he had secured an internship with a well-known record company. Idiots They are very unprofessional people. Its not the fact that they lie, its that they lie to your face like you were a big idiot. they acted like selling me a car was a big favor they were gonna do for me. I decided to look more rather giving these idiots my money, or any money.

Great Experience Just had a great experience at this dealership. Got into a new Toyota Corolla S Plus. Diana Loncar, our salesperson, was outstanding. Walked us through everything, answered all our questions, kept her word, and got us through the whole process in no time at all. I highly recommend Diana and Toyota Santa Monica.
Bad Service - Do not go here We took our highlander in because we had a breakin and the passenger window was smashed. They repaired the window, but not before getting glass all over the inside of the car. We have a small child and this could seriously harm him. It shows a total lack of consideration for their customers and negligence. I will not take my car here again.
Excellent Maintenance We bought our Camry a year ago and have been taking it in for routine servicing since then. The maintenance service has been efficient and excellent. The service personnel have been communicative and attentive. They live up to their promises. We feel we can rely on them.
