Great Service Manager! I just had my RAV4 in for service at Toyota Santa Monica and had the best experience. Joanna Tsymbaliuk, my Service Manager, took care of everything. I really appreciate her recommendations, prompt service, smiling face, and regular updates on when my car would be ready. I will definitely be coming back for my next service. Thanks Joanna!

Nick A . I was there on the 24th of April looking for a Toyota car, I meet Mr. Mayer Cohan who was very hospitable and kind, Not trying to sell me a car but informing me about all the bells and whistles the car had which really helped me make a right buying decision. He walked me through all the paper work fast and I easily got through the financial office, hoped in the car and headed home, They are very friendly and caring, they were not trying to sell me .. Not the best car buying experience Bought my first car (which was a Honda ironically) 4 years ago here. Can't way it was a great experience. I went on my own, which is usually not a very good idea especially if you're a female. It's a competitive business as we all know, so the minute you walk in, you're already being eyed by some sales person trying to meet their quota for the month. Being really inexperienced and having 3 days to get a car, I think I was literally being taken for a ride here. Could've gotten a better deal ... read more

Quick and Painless I had a tire repaired here on my RAV4. I didn't have an appointment, but they took care of me like it was no problem. I worked a few blocks away and the car was ready in a few hours. Great service and, as a nice bonus, they didn't try to upsell me by telling me that there just happened to be another 10 things wrong with the vehicle that had to be replaced 'urgently'.

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever been. I took my car in for an oil change. After they told me it was ready it took them 40 minutes to finally locate the car. After 40 minutes, the car comes back with the engine splash guard (the protective cover under the engine area) loose; dragging on the floor. The clock and passenger Airbag Indicator in the center of dash were not working either.

Good services I brought my car for a regular maintenance. Thomas Soveg helped me with very friendly & professional manners. He told me how long it would take, and gave me a call right on time when it was ready. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Thanks Thomas!

- Cesar Torres made my service to my van a great experience. He and his team stepped it up when my side doors on my van did not work properly. Mr. Torres kept me informed during the day on the status and was always around when I called in as well. It was very obvious the Toyota Team was making sure the doors were in proper order for the safety of my family.

they don't want to sell cars Everyone we worked with at Santa Monica Toyota were unfriendly, unhelpful and stupid. We were ready on several occasions to buy and they let us down every time. We ended up buying from Torrance- - they were great.
