Great Car Buying Experience I dont know what these other reviews are talking about. I had a great experience. Great Experience Just had a great experience at this dealership. Got into a new Toyota Corolla S Plus. Diana Loncar, our salesperson, was outstanding. Walked us through everything, answered all our questions, kept her word, and got us through the whole process in no time at all. I highly recommend Diana and Toyota Santa Monica.

Bad Service - Do not go here We took our highlander in because we had a breakin and the passenger window was smashed. They repaired the window, but not before getting glass all over the inside of the car. We have a small child and this could seriously harm him. It shows a total lack of consideration for their customers and negligence. I will not take my car here again.
Excellent Maintenance We bought our Camry a year ago and have been taking it in for routine servicing since then. The maintenance service has been efficient and excellent. The service personnel have been communicative and attentive. They live up to their promises. We feel we can rely on them.
- Cesar Torres made my service to my van a great experience. He and his team stepped it up when my side doors on my van did not work properly. Mr. Torres kept me informed during the day on the status and was always around when I called in as well. It was very obvious the Toyota Team was making sure the doors were in proper order for the safety of my family.
they don't want to sell cars Everyone we worked with at Santa Monica Toyota were unfriendly, unhelpful and stupid. We were ready on several occasions to buy and they let us down every time. We ended up buying from Torrance- - they were great.
