Great Service Manager! I just had my RAV4 in for service at Toyota Santa Monica and had the best experience. Joanna Tsymbaliuk, my Service Manager, took care of everything. Kept their word - good deal buying my new car at Toyota of Santa Monica I had a positive experience purchasing my car. I went the online route and received quotes from many dealers. Hutch is the one I dealt with the most and in a friendly manner he responded to my questions and emails immediately. Not the best car buying experience Bought my first car (which was a Honda ironically) 4 years ago here. Can't way it was a great experience. I went on my own, which is usually not a very good idea especially if you're a female. It's a competitive business as we all know, so the minute you walk in, you're already being eyed by some sales person trying to meet their quota for the month. Quick and Painless I had a tire repaired here on my RAV4. I didn't have an appointment, but they took care of me like it was no problem. I worked a few blocks away and the car was ready in a few hours. Great service and, as a nice bonus, they didn't try to upsell me by telling me that there just happened to be another 10 things wrong with the vehicle that had to be replaced 'urgently'.
Great Car Buying Experience I dont know what these other reviews are talking about. I had a great experience. - Cesar Torres made my service to my van a great experience. He and his team stepped it up when my side doors on my van did not work properly. Mr. Torres kept me informed during the day on the status and was always around when I called in as well. It was very obvious the Toyota Team was making sure the doors were in proper order for the safety of my family.
Toyota was great! Henry Park helped me at Toyota. He was always available for questions and was patient with me as a first time buyer. Highly recommended!
