I purchased my 2008 Prius from Vasser new in 2007 I trust them to maintain my vehicle and they have never failed me. In particular Nick Carvalho has consistently and without fail answered my questions, offered suggestions and professional at all times.
The team at Jimmy Vasser are amazing. Martin Mendoza is friendly and knowledgeable. There is never a high pressure sales pitch at Vasser which is why this is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from them. Jose Ochoa in Finance is also fantastic to work with, as well as Jim Park the Sales Manager, who took excellent care of us!
I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Small things that I was not satisfied with on previous visits, were completely turned around this time. From beginning to end I was assisted by Robert Avina (Napa) who showed interest in providing me with excellent service. An employee who cares about the customers, cares about the place he works for. Robert surely has a future in the company. His work ethics made me feel good about coming back to Jimmy Vasser Toyota in Napa.
We bought our 2016 Pruis at Jimmy Vasser. The entire sales experience was seamless. Since buying our Prius, we have had our car serviced at the dealership. Everyone at Jimmy Vasser has been pleasant and accomodating but we've been especially pleased with our dealings with Anthony Beaver, the Service Representative, who helps us each time we go in for an oil change. I bought a new battery in March 2018 and was informed I needed a new battery after a service visit from AAA. I made a call the next morning to Vasser Toyota and was able to get an appointment that morning. Nick Carvalho from Jimmy Vasser Toyota was fantastic. Nick answered all my questions, provided information on my warranty, and gave me an update on my car. I received a new battery along with no labor charges and my car was available early afternoon. Jimmy Vasser Toyota TAKES ADVANTAGE OF 86 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER! $59 SERVICE IS FORCED INTO $900 PAY OR ELSE. Once the car is already in for service the customer rep tells her that she MUST submit the car for $1400 in repair. When my grandmother refuses he presents her with two options, one for $900 and the other for $1400. My grandmother says NO, she only wants the oil change.
