If you are need of a car come here! Ask for Martin Mendoza. He did everything he possibly could to get me into a new car. They offered me an amazing trade in value for my old car which helped get me approved through the bank. Martin was very professional and got me into a car in less than a week after talking to him. I purchased my 2016 Camry from Jimmy Vasser in the fall of that year. It was actually a pleasant experience. I have had all of my service follow ups done there as well, with the last being done on December 6, 2019 with Robert Avina, who was very professional and courteous and explained the results of the multi-point inspection. I have never been disappointed and have always been treated well.
Working with Richard Odetto in the service department was a great experience. He road-tested my Scion ensuring a coolant indicator only lights up when it should. Sure enough, everything is normal. Thank you for going above and beyond and making the whole process so simple!
We had excellent service from Lawrence Gines. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and graciously put up with tons of questions, changes of of mind, test drives, etc. We drove home in a new car we love, and feel like we made a new friend in Lawrence. This is our second lease from Jimmy Vasser, and we are happy and recommend Jimmy Vasser highly and particularly Lawrence Gimes.
