Just picked up a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from John Calhoun at Jimmy Vasser Toyota. This is my second purchase from Jimmy Vasser - I started pricing and found that as we started to negotiate, John listened and simply beat the competition every time. The process was smooth and low key, I was in and out in 90 minutes and drove off in my new truck. If you go in knowing what you want, it helps. I clearly got my best pricing there as spoke with several Marin dealerships. Thanks again John!
I got great service from Robert Avina on my recent 90,000 mile service. Making the appointment was easy and Robert was there to get me started as soon as I drove up.
I bought a car at Freeman Toyota with the help of Martin Mendoza. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all its features, and thoroughly reviewed all these with me. He helped me set the features I was particularly interested in and followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was good. Old school customer service!
Nick is always helpful to my husband and I. Toyota is lucky to have him. The service department is top notch.
I have had the great pleasure of buying two cars from Kyle O'Neal, one Highlander Hybrid and one Rav4. Both times, Kyle provided excellent service and advice. I can't say enough good things about his professional, respectful approach and immediate follow through on any questions I had. I absolutely recommend Kyle O'Neal and Jimmy Vasser Toyota and know they will be our family dealership of choice. Thank you Kyle!
Nick was right there when I pulled up to greet me with a great attitude and provided the service that was over the top. That’s why I will only go to Jimmy Vasser for my service.
Ron & Victoria Cooper were Awesome helping me to find the right Vehicle. Bought an 2018 Toyota Rav 4 and Love it!! Thank you both so much 😃👍
Martin Mendoza was an excellent person to work with and helped me through the whole process in a timely manner. He also showed me how to operate all the extras included in my purchase of the Toyota Tacoma 4X4
