Just picked up a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from John Calhoun at Jimmy Vasser Toyota. This is my second purchase from Jimmy Vasser - I started pricing and found that as we started to negotiate, John listened and simply beat the competition every time. The process was smooth and low key, I was in and out in 90 minutes and drove off in my new truck. If you go in knowing what you want, it helps. I got great service from Robert Avina on my recent 90,000 mile service. Making the appointment was easy and Robert was there to get me started as soon as I drove up.
I bought a car at Freeman Toyota with the help of Martin Mendoza. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all its features, and thoroughly reviewed all these with me. He helped me set the features I was particularly interested in and followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was good. Old school customer service!
