Just bought my 2002 Ford F-250 SuperDuty from them. They went above and beyond normal to get me in it. It was the second vehicle bought from them this year. We will be back for all our car purchases from now on.
$75 for an oil change and air filters!!! And this was with a coupon!! For someone who works hard for the little we have, this seemed a bit high. Guess I'll be shopping around next time. And I had previously been extremely pleased with the price and great customer service the service department has always given.
I am working in Independence today and I had a flat tire when I went to leave. I called Quality Toyota and they came and picked my Lincoln MKZ up, fixed the tire and brought it back to me all within about an hour and a half. Super speedy for such short notice! I was completely shocked when my bill was only $16.00! Wow! Great company and excellent customer service!! Thanks for the help today!

I'm not only addicted to Toyotas, haven't driven anything else since the 90's, I'm crazy about Quality Toyota!! The service is out of this world. I feel like we are family amongst these amazing people!!! I joked with Jimmy Waters today after our latest purchase that I was surprised they haven't put a name tag on me yet� No one is allowed to service our vehicles other than Quality Toyota. Period.
My husband,Jerry, and I bought a new Corolla at Quality Motors. Our experience there was The Best! CJ Brown was our salesman and made everything go very smoothly. The dealership owner, Kevin Boggs, was so nice and made us feel very at ease. I highly recommend you it check out for yourself. :)
