I had a second great experience leasing a new car from Toyota of Watertown. My salesman this time (Sam Krentzman) was very knowledgeable and professional and the finance officer (Stan) was incredibly helpful as well. Their service department has also always been very prompt during my regular maintenance appointments.
I want to thank Toyota of Watertown, and especially Mark Frounjian, my sales consultant, for the excellent support they gave me in buying my car this week. Mark answered all my questions directly, was forthright in dealing with me, and provided wonderful support all the way through the sales cycle, and afterwards on the delivery. Sam Krentzman, Stan Schwartz and others whose names I don't recall, but who still showed up as excellent, thank you for a wonderful experience. We never expected to see and fall in love with a car outside of our usual love for the Prius, but there it was and it was calling us. I never felt an ounce of anxiety from anything close to sales pressure, just an eagerness to see us through our own process of choosing and evaluating. We love the C-HR. Thank you so very much!
