My family has purchased several cars over the years. I would not go anywhere else.
Brought my truck in for warranty service this week. Service advisor Chuck Holmes was first rate and kept me updated on the progress. Service was completed by noon the following day. I found a couple of scratches on the doors (no big deal) but service manager Mike Mason addressed it immediately and had his detailer come over and buff the scratches out on the spot! Kudos to everyone I the service department including the shuttle driver and valet. You guys are awesome! Thank you for a great service experience.
Brought my car in for inspection and another minor fix, they turned it around fairly quickly, washed/vacuumed, and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary work. However, while I was waiting, I walked into the showroom to look at new cars - not actively looking to buy, but curious since my car is 10 yrs old - and not one sales associate acknowledged my presence. Maybe the baby I was carrying dissuaded?
Kathleen Green was amazing! Took good care of us, very professional.
A real simple process for a recall to be fixed. Excellent customer service.
