Bad customer service experience. Lack of communication between service and parts caused a very avoidable waste of time. I'm sure they are good 95% of the time, this was that 5%. Toyota knows they dropped the ball and did compensate me with a reasonable credit.
Sam Krentzman was extremely accommodating and everyone at Toyota Watertown was very helpful and professional. I needed to find an affordable used vehicle, and the Nissan Rogue that they placed me in was beyond my expectations and very affordable. They take care of plates, registration, and inspection as a part of the process, and make the whole process very pleasant.
