I was looking for a highlander but I had very specific list of what I wanted my highlander to have. Tony did a wonderful job of tracking down exactly what I wanted. He also treated me with respect and was and continues to be very helpful. Toyota of Warsaw is competitively price too.

I tried service dept. 3 times,,last couple of times have cost me plenty money and no repair done, car still isn't fixed will not ever return to Warsaw,,,Toyota part is ok...but this dealer isn't.
They don’t stand behind vehicles that they sell. I understand as is, but can’t even guarantee it for 30 days!!! I have had the vehicle less than 30 days. Still don’t have my title work either. It has been at a different dealership since Monday. Had to have it towed. Has several issues. We purchased 2 vehicles within 4 days of each other. Not a happy purchaser.
