We are so happy with our buying experience from Toyota of Warsaw!! We are from out of state - we found our van on their website and were able to seamlessly make the purchase remotely. Our sales rep was off the day we had scheduled to come in and pick it up, but he took the time to come in on his day off and complete the sale with us anyway. I will never shop here again. Finance guy lies and will not fix the problem when he screws you out of money even though he admits fault. Worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle
