I've always hated salesmen, I was one for a year before I realized how depressed I became after being one all day long. I get excited when it's time to search for a new car. Another loan, another waste of a week. But I am very happy this time because I first decided to stop by Toyota of Walnut Creek on my way home from work, just to check out the '10-'11 models in person since pictures are deceiving. I’ve been able to get purchase a new car for a while but I have been too nervous about the awful rumors I always hear about the experience people get when they buy a new car. I was shopping around for my little bro's next car. I thought it would be a great college graduation present from my husband and I. I wanted to find a nice, new car that would make him feel proud with his new career as a lawyer and the Camry did just that! I give this dealership 5 stars for the friendly serive and how quickly they got everything done. They detailed the car beautifully so it really looked like an awesome gift! All in just two days and just in time for his graudation party! Bravo to Toyota of Walnut Creek :)
Everyone was very nice and polite. It was a nice surprise when I picked up my car that it was washed as I did not expect this. Excellence of customer service. These folks know what the term means. Did everything in their power to rectify a small uncomfortable situation, accommodate our particularly difficult scenario, and get the vehicle back on the road. I am thankful that we dealt with professional dealer, rather then the usual.
I have been thinking about buying a new car for a while because my car from college (1992 camry) was just kind of getting a little old. I came to walnut creek toyota once before with a friend and I remembered that some of the people were pretty cool and I am so glad that I did. Dave showed me a few corollas but they didn’t have the color I wanted but it didn’t seem to be a problem! I was able to get the sparkly color I always wanted at the price I wanted! I will be coming back!
I requested a quote through the internet department, Paul answered within the hour I was at the dealership that night to test drive a used camry, which I did not buy, but I ended up getting an older Avalon which I ended up liking a lot more.I Couldn't have had a better set of people to work with, I am very finicky and all of my requests were addressed, I was treated with respect and courtesy. If I had questions, they were answered clearly. I will definitely go back for my wifes car soon!
My salesman drove my new truck out to my house for me, as I decided not to trade in my old truck. That was above and beyond expectations and I am very satisfied with my truck and the whole experience.
I called in today to find out the base price of a Toyota Tacoma 4 Cyl. The sales associate told me that they had both the manual and automatic transmissions in white and silver. I asked politely if they were able to get a black one if I were to purchase one from their dealership. His reply, "no, no only white and silver, we're very busy." I AM going to get a Toyota Tacoma, but not from Toyota of Walnut Creek.
