Last year I was looking for a Camry and while another local dealer was willing to give me a decent deal, the car was not exactly as promised. Looked for a new Prius... Found mostly good prices here, the showroom was spotless and quiet, which I preferred. Sales guy was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall experience was great and I would comeback for another car.
We went to Toyota in walnut creek to trade in our car for a new model, after trying to do exactly that at toyota in Oakland. I remembered why I hate this process, the Toyota in walnut creek was a completely different ball game. It was a great experience, brad helped us through every step of the process and made the buying of the car extremely smooth. We were able to get the price that we hoped for and were not disappointed.
I normally despise car dealerships...everyone always try to get over on the females..and that is not cool. However, I must say I had a great experience with the team at Toyota of Walnut Creek. It was a lucky coincedence that the salesman's wife worked with my husband, so it made things go a lot smoother. I went car shopping and saw a Camry with a generous sticker price right in the front. I walked right up to it and examined it carefully. A nice saleswoman came up and was really knowledgeable about the car I was impressed she was even able to calculate my approximate down and monthly payments so when I got to finance I was amazed at how accurate she was. I had to say this was one of the most painless experiences ive ever had if you want a competent person to sell you a car then this is the place
They took my 2000 honda on trade and I bought a camry. They had the right information and the right ideas about customer service. Greg was fantastic at details and follow through, including dealing with a complete junker on the trade. There were many details of my transaction that didn't go so smoothly, but they all stemmed from things outside their control. Great warranties here, I was able to get a great deal for my brand new Prius and they also gave me a comprehensive 5 yr warranty. Everyone was polite and attentive to my needs and always asked me about my opinions, which I thought was very rare. Overall, I must reccomend this dealership because of their service and they have a great finance department who are willing to do whateevr they can to make sure you get the best you can for your money, which I always appreciate.
I’ve been so happy with my Honda civic for the last ten years because it meant I didn’t need a new car, but the transmission went out and it would’ve cost e more to fix it than to buy a new one since I didn’t have the heart to replace my civic, I thought id go with a different make. I totally give 5 stars to Toyota of Walnut Creek they put in a lot of hard work to make sure I was happy with my new car. I've been speaking with Rob for a while, and he's been very patient which is why I was happy to buy a car from him. I spent about a good few weeks going back and forth on to models and finally settled with the 2010 Corolla because it had a much nicer monthly payments.
