Not very welcoming when asking a general question. And no further assistance offered after the question. This is contrary to what I was told about Toyota's service.
TLDR: avoid this dealership, Steve Lang and CJ Marella at all costs because they are wayyyy too comfortable lying to customers. This is the sketchiest car dealership my husband and I have ever dealt with! We put a deposit down on a 2027 Land Cruiser last Saturday (08/29) and Angela in the sales department assured us that it was 100% refundable and the car should be in Monday for us to test drive and have first dibs on, if we decided we didn’t like it for any reason it would just go to the next person on the list. Incredibly clean dealership, fast service , great inspection videos !!! And one the biggest things I love about taking my car to Toyota of Wallingford , they don't try to upsell me on anything or fix anything unnecessary. It's just a cool spot with an arcade if you get bored .
I purchased 4 new vehicles from that dealership. I dropped off today morning my Sienna, to get a quote to fix my sliding door. No one called me, I only got a quote in text (attached) without details to price it for $7000. I stopped by to pick up my van at 4:57, service department was empty, employees left. no chance to pay the $150 diagnosis fee, I can’t get my key ! Because I got dropped off here, I’m waiting here to my ride home and writing about deeply disappointed experience with Toyota Wallingford !
