I bought a 2020 Toyota Camry XSE 3 months ago. My sales person was Kim Hassanpour. I have bought several new cars over the years, but this experience was above all of them. She really worked with me to give me a great deal on a great car. I have had my car for 3 months and I absolutely love it. Kim also made sure to introduce me to the service department for when I go back to get my car serviced. I highly recommend Vaden Toyota of Sylacauga, and especially working with Kim!

I recently purchased a brand new Avalon from this location and I have never had a better experience. The staff was all very friendly and it was literally a no pressure situation. The salesman was very knowledgable and answered every question I had promptly and accurately. When I signed my paperwork I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Todd Morris, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and taught me how to protect my investment (new vehicle) I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Vaden!
We purchased 2 2020 Rav 4's and had the best experience with Alice. She is so awesome she was able to get the perfect ones we wanted...... great job. We will definitely be back for more cars.
My sister brought her car in for a factory recall on the air bags. Upon receiving her car back after fixing the issue her dashboard had huge and deep scratches ALL over it. She has called numerous times and keeps being given the run around about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!
