I had a 2:30 service appointment, I drove all the way to the dealership just to be told they couldn’t see me and would have to put me down for another day. I don’t understand why even let me make an appointment if they couldn’t honor it, or atleast call me to let me know before I drove all that way. And then on the way out, already frustrated, someone harassed me to buy a car.
Buy/service your Toyota somewhere else. I bought a 2020 rav4 from a different dealership, but take it to Vaden Toyota for maintenance because I live in Sylacauga. I had my first oil change two weeks ago and ever since they worked on it my EPS sensor goes off and my battery keeps dying. This car is only 6 months old, under warranty and didn’t start giving me issues until after I took it to Vaden. Great service, friendly and helpful service manager.
Brake pads were supposedly"good" when I bought the car about a month ago..Brakes started grinding..So I took it to be serviced and have new pads put on. The old pads were at 0mm, and they didn't have them in stock after making an appt 5 days in advance.. Make sure you get a pre purchase inspection on whatever USED vehicle you decide to purchase. Learn from my mistake.
I need to report that within 1 hour after letting someone test drive our car for trade in value tonight the service transmission light came on the car almost broke down and when it went off the service engine light is now on. We drive a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with 70,000 miles we just had it serviced last week we have never have any issues and I find this to be an odd coincidence especially since we were there on a Saturday night 30 minutes before closing.
