The service at Toyota of San Bernardino exceeded my expectations. Tim went through every detail while describing each car that he showed me. I was pleasantly surprised that Tim knew how to speak Spanish. While going through the final paperwork, Elan was thorough; he explained every detail in layman's terms, making it easier for me to understand. I'd gladly recommend Tim and Elan to anyone who would like to buy or lease a vehicle. 🙂
