I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and never felt like I have been ripped off by your service department until now. I will never take my car here again for service. Looking into purchasing a new vehicle and will go elsewhere for that too.
Took in for Service for an oil change it took 3 hr and they scratch the roof and hood for my truck. Call service manager he did not call me back. He had someone else do it.
This is the only service department I trust. I know that my repairs will always done right and at great price. Steve really took good care of me.
