This place is cheat!! My family and I went to buy the car, they run the credit application and made a final deal. But we pay close attention and guess what they change the car. Sales person showed us different car and made us test drive it but later change the car same color and same model but to different one. Sales person told us both cars r same and we can choose any one but he try to convince us, second car is better and has some extra accessories. But when we insist to have the first car. I got my Corolla in 2011 and I only take it to Toyota of San Bernardino for maintenance. my last appointment I got the pleasure of working with Todd. Todd made the process easy for me to understand. my Corolla needed a new battery, oil change, and tire rotation Todd took care of everything for me and even gave recommendation for future repairs I should do to keep my Corolla running smoothly. I also like the fact that I can wait in the quiet room and enjoy donuts and coffee.

The service department is very good. Danika was very helpful in checking my Camry ( This is Lucille/Jenny.) She noticed the transmission fluid hadn’t been checked for a while and the service workers noticed the power steering pipe had a leak. Not really understanding how this could be, Danika not only described how but took pictures of the pipes for me and sent them to me. This is above and beyond what I expected. Thank you, Danika.
