I had a 10:30 appt for an oil change. It's 1:30 and I barely left! 3 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Thanks Toyota of San Bernardino, I'm now late to get my son from school. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Only because I had to give it one star. Service department is unorganized. Took my vehicle in for service, but was told they were only taking appointments. Their employee wasn't even aware until he told me several minutes later. I checked their website, no where on it does it say must have an appointment on Saturday. Not my first bad experience I've had there, but it will be my last! This was a great dealership prior to being bought by someone else several years ago.
