Great customer service and expedited handling
Dropped my car off at 9pm for next day appointment at 9am for routine maintenance. Dave called me at 8am to tell me my car was ready for pickup at 8am. Impressive! I wish all service providers were able to do this! And they washed my car, too! Bonus!
Ask for service rep scott. Was told he went to lunch . Talked to service manger Mark, ask him to let scott know l was waiting . Over hour later walked into service area , Scott told me he would check on my truck . Waited about 15 min , walked back Scott was helping a customer . Waited a while longer, l came back Scott said he had my paper work .
