Bought my first car on Labor Day! Had a great experience Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My salesperson was Jerry Cole he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, nice, pleasant to work with. He wasn’t pushy and stuffy like some we had experienced while shopping around. Mr. Joe was awsome! We did not know what we wanted and he helped us figure out what we needed then wanted. we ended up buying our first ever brand new/not used car. was a great experience, lots of laughs! felt like we signed up to be apart of a new family. it went that well. we didnt feel stressed or pushed. they helped us get the best financing. and the finance guy is great too! the extra warranties are definitely worth getting.
So apparently the detailing department at this dealership finds it acceptable to bully one of their austistic employees until they quit. Bullying an 18 year kid with autism into dancing for you for entertainment is not okay.
Went in to check out the new RAV4. Had a great test drive, was shown several options, did all paperwork and drove off the lot 2 hours later. No heavy sales push, but informed answers to my questions. Thank you Farrah and Judy!
