Buyer Beware! We purchased a certified Toyota. Pulled off the lot and noticed issues at higher speeds than the test drive. Alignment and a nail in the tire. Some basic things that should have been caught in inspection. 3 months later abs lot of run around we are still waiting on a repair reimbursement we needed to get done. No word yet. They are not true to their word here and our experience was very disappointing!

I just traded my 2011 highlander in for 2014 highlander xle. I loved my old one, but when I saw all the extra features the new one has, I was sold! I love it! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They all did a great job to make sure I was happy! I would highly recommend Toyota of Orlando!

They show me all the features of my new car with a hands on approach making my descision in which car to select as easy as possible. Salesman was very nice, the first "desk" manager they sent me to was Horrible...once he really ticked us off, they sent another manager - we were finally able to get them to understand we just want to know the bottom line...no more games. The finance manager, Michael Sumner was very good.
New truck purchase. Just got my new Tacoma truck from Toyota of Orlando. Got lucky on my first visit and got hooked up with Dennis and Birdie in sales. These guys were very patient and showed me every truck on the lot. No pressure, just pleasure. Hassle free purchase, highly recommended dealership. Guy named Shawn Sibley did the final paperwork and delivery, also very helpfull. Have no fear these folks will treat you right.
