The people were so polite. My visit there was good. There prices are ridiculous but there work is guaranteed. Gregory was awesome!

Just don't go there for the factory recall because if you do they not only refuse to fix it but if you don't sign the waiver they refuse to give your car back. They did this to a disabled 55 year old woman who had to call Merrillville PD to get her car. Watching this despicable display of business practices has guaranteed that myself, family, friends and person I come in contact with will be aware of this.

we had a great experience when purchasing our vehicle from toyota of merrillville. anytime after that I've had to deal with this company has been a nightmare. Management doesn't return phone calls and your employess in the service department are lazy and rude!! My guess on your great service in the beginning is only to make that sale. This place has no desire to help their customers once that sale is made. I will never purchase or service a vehicle from this company again.
