The place was really busy for the time of day that I was there. They got me in and out in a jiffy.
I cannot recommend Toyota in Merrillville enough. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for always going above and beyond our expectations!

Amelia at Toyota was such a great representative! She helped me find the perfect car for me! She was very patient and didn't force any deal or anything upon me. She was so kind to me and my family & I love that she was genuinely concern about what I was looking for and even provided her input from her own experience as a mother & grandmother regarding my safety. Definitely recommend her! Thank you for a great experience & helping me buy my very first car on my own, Amelia!!!
Amelia was a fantastic representative of this fine Toyota establishment. Though she never tried to force a purchase, she was ever cognizant of our needs and made our visit feel like visiting with family. She is one of many wonderful people present at this shining example of what service and excellence should be, however the atmosphere doesnt stop here. I have never felt so pleased as when I come in for service and encounter the wonderful people here. 11/10, would recommend.
I purchased my first Toyota RAV4 this past November and couldn't be happier! I waited until we had snow to review it, since this was my first All-Wheel drive and WOW! What a difference!!! I love everything about this SUV, the traction on snow and ice is pretty incredible. I love that you have the option to use Manual stick shift or Automatic in certain weather conditions.
