We had a great experience at Toyota of Merrillville! Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, attentive and knowledgable; without being overbearing. Fred in finance worked quickly and efficiently to get us out the door in our new Rav 4! No one wants to sit around a dealership after a long day at work. Thanks for the hard work and good deal! I purchased a used vehicle from this place. I was sold a truck that could have killed me and my kids. The frame is so badly damaged that other dealers I have talked to and shown the vehicle to are shocked that the vehicle was sold by a dealer at all. "It should have been labeled for salvage." I have been told. I never would have purchased this vehicle had I known how bad it was. The GM Mike Bauner does not appear to care about the safety of you or your family.
