Here's my review about Toyota of Melbourne I gave out a one-star because of the buying process but I don't recommend anybody using the service department and the Collision Department. I had an excellent experience shopping for a used car at Toyota of Melbourne. My salesman, L. Scott Horton, was very knowledgeable about the car(s) I was interested in, despite the fact they were not Toyotas!! The whole shopping process was very transparent and everyone I worked with during the final paperwork was friendly and professional. I would definitely shop there for my next car, but hopefully no time soon!
