Because the manager that was working last saturday 05/19/2019 doesn't have feeling to work as a manager. After he was prove for me that he doesn't have feeling I lease a Nissan !!!!
a service guy named Rob always seemed to be the source of my problem. he blamed my disappointment on management procedure, but I was able to switch to Mike Erdman Toyota the same day and they took care of my regular maintenance with no problems. Rob insisted that I pay for the tire rotation and oil changes myself and then seek reimbursement from my Toyota care plan on my own. Hello Nathaniel. I am happy to hear your vehicle is all taken care of now. The warranty you have on the vehicle isn't Toyota Care. Toyota Care covers the first 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first, of your normal factory service. It also includes roadside assistance during that time period. The warranty you have on your vehicle is similar, but we have to call the warranty company to get authorization.
