I bought a brand new 2018 4 runner and @ my second to last maintenance check up they forgot to close an access door under my vehicle and when I went back in they asked about it, why it was open, if I knew; pretty sure that’s what I pay for. To NOT go under my vehicle. Why would I know?? Ok. This last maintenance check they forgot to reset my computers oil maintenance notification so I had to reschedule work, losing 200$ to come in to have them reset it.
